Opis oferty For our client, an international service provider for companies with vehicle fleets,we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in implementing the MS Dynamics Finance&Operations system

Zakres obowiązków

Collaborate with Vendors for the acquisition of third-party systems and features, including outsourcing partners for software development and implementation;
Provide training for key users to enhance their understanding and use of new systems;Verify that all implemented projects align with our company standards and policies
Manage Multiple Projects simultaneously
Create and submit project documentation and status reports
Budget Management
Identify and allocate the necessary resources for successful project execution
Adhere to our established project management methodologies to ensure consistency and quality
Take charge of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
Ensure high-quality development processes for IT projects, actively participating in their acceptance and delivery
Offer guidance and mentorship in project management practices and the implementation of IT applications and systems;
Engage in acceptance testing for software products to ensure they meet requirements.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

Strong expertise in MS Dynamics Finance / MS Axapta system is essential
Strong expertise in project management (3+ years of experience), including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring of projects
Good understanding of business processes to effectively align IT projects with organizational goals;Knowledge of BPMN and UML for process mapping and documentation
Familiarity with task-tracking systems such as Jira or similar tools
English language skills at least at B2 level;
Familiarity with Microsoft Life Cycle Services (LCS) and Microsoft Success by Design will be advantageous.
